  • 1 lb lean ground turkey

  • 1/2 tsp onion powder
  • 1/2 tsp smoked paprika
  • 1/2 tsp chili powder
  • 1/2 tsp cumin
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1/4 cup low-sodium chicken broth
For the Bowl:
  • 2 cups chopped romaine or iceberg lettuce
  • 1 cup pico de gallo
  • 1/2 cup salsa
  • 1/2 cup guacamole or mashed avocado
  • 1 cup nonfat Greek yogurt
  • 1 cup shredded Mexican cheese blend
  • 2 cups tortilla chips or corn chips

Method
 

  1. Cook the Turkey: Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat. Add garlic and cook for 30 seconds. Add ground turkey and cook for 6–8 minutes, breaking it apart until browned.
  2. Season the Meat: Stir in onion powder, paprika, chili powder, cumin, salt, and pepper. Add chicken broth if needed and simmer for 2–3 minutes to combine flavors.
  3. Assemble the Bowls: In bowls, layer lettuce, seasoned turkey, pico de gallo, salsa, guacamole, Greek yogurt, and shredded cheese.
  4. Add Crunch: Top with tortilla chips for texture.
  5. Serve: Garnish with fresh cilantro or lime if desired and serve immediately.
