- First Bake: Bake for 20 minutes, flipping halfway through, until lightly golden and set.
- Make the Sauce: In a small bowl, mix buffalo sauce with melted butter.
- Sauce the Cauliflower: Remove cauliflower from the oven and toss with the buffalo sauce until evenly coated.
- Final Bake: Return to the oven and bake for another 10 minutes, or broil for 2–3 minutes for extra crispiness.
- Serve: Garnish with fresh parsley if desired and serve warm with ranch or blue cheese dressing.
