Hey, I’m Jas, the creator of Success Fitness.

I created Success Fitness from my own journey with food, fitness, and learning how to build habits that actually last.

In 2023, I gained a lot of weight after I stopped caring about my nutrition and fitness. I used to be in great shape, but after a while I had gained around 40 pounds and was at my biggest. That was a turning point for me. I was tired of feeling off and knew I needed to make a real change.

I have a background in personal training and nutrition coaching, so I knew what I needed to do, but knowing and actually doing are two very different things. I did not want a lifestyle that felt restrictive, and I did not want boring food to be the reason I stayed on track.

Instead, I focused on creating meals that were high in protein, filling, and genuinely enjoyable. Meals I could actually look forward to eating while still working toward my goals.

Over the next 6 months, I lost around 45 pounds. But the biggest change was not just physical. I gained back my confidence, built discipline, and proved to myself that I could stay consistent without giving up foods I enjoy.

That is why I started Success Fitness.

I wanted to create a space that shows people you can eat well, enjoy your meals, and still make progress. Healthy eating does not have to feel extreme or overwhelming. It can be simple, realistic, and sustainable.

Through Success Fitness, I share high-protein recipes, practical meal ideas, and content to help make your journey easier. My goal is to help you stay consistent, build better habits, and find meals that support your goals in real life.
