
Sweet Maple Roasted Brussel Sprouts

- 2 pounds Brussels sprouts, trimmed and halved
- 3 tbsp olive oil
- 2 tbsp real maple syrup
- 1 tsp sea salt
- 1/2 tsp ground black pepper
Directions
- Preheat oven to 425°F. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Toss Brussels sprouts with olive oil, maple syrup, salt, and pepper.
- Arrange in single layer on sheet, cut-side down. Roast 25–30 minutes, turning once, until caramelized and deeply golden.
- Serve warm, as a side or atop salad/grain bowls.
