Sweet Maple Roasted Brussel Sprouts

Ingredients

  • 2 pounds Brussels sprouts, trimmed and halved
  • 3 tbsp olive oil
  • 2 tbsp real maple syrup
  • 1 tsp sea salt
  • 1/2 tsp ground black pepper

        Directions

        1. Preheat oven to 425°F. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
        2. Toss Brussels sprouts with olive oil, maple syrup, salt, and pepper.
        3. Arrange in single layer on sheet, cut-side down. Roast 25–30 minutes, turning once, until caramelized and deeply golden.
        4. Serve warm, as a side or atop salad/grain bowls.
