Ingredients

For the Protein Bark:
  • 1 1/2 cups fresh blueberries
  • 3/4 cup dark chocolate chips 70–85%
  • 1/3 cup white chocolate chips or white chocolate protein chips
  • 1/4 cup vanilla protein powder optional

Method

  1. Prepare the Base: Line a small baking tray with parchment paper. Spread blueberries evenly in a single layer.
  2. Melt the Dark Chocolate: Melt dark chocolate using a microwave in short intervals or a double boiler until smooth. If using protein powder, whisk it into the melted chocolate until fully combined.
  3. Coat the Blueberries: Pour melted dark chocolate over the blueberries and spread gently so most berries are coated.
  4. Add White Chocolate: Melt white chocolate and drizzle over the top in thin lines to create a marbled effect.
  5. Freeze to Set: Place the tray in the freezer for 1–2 hours until fully hardened.
  6. Break and Serve: Once set, break into bark-style pieces and enjoy straight from the freezer or fridge.
