  • 1 large crisp apple sliced into thick rounds and cored

  • 2 tbsp rolled oats
  • 1 tbsp dark chocolate chips 70–85%
  • Optional pinch of cinnamon

Method
 

  1. Prepare the Apple: Slice the apple into thick rounds and remove the core from the center of each slice.
  2. Add the Peanut Butter: Spread peanut butter evenly over each apple round.
  3. Add Toppings: Sprinkle rolled oats and dark chocolate chips evenly over the peanut butter.
  4. Finish and Serve: Add a pinch of cinnamon if desired and serve immediately.
