  • 1 1/2 cups chopped romaine lettuce
  • 2 tbsp light Caesar dressing
  • 2 tbsp freshly grated Parmesan cheese
  • Fresh cracked black pepper to taste
For the Truffle Parmesan Fries:
  • 1 medium russet potato cut into fries
  • 1 tsp olive oil
  • 1/2 tsp truffle oil
  • 2 tbsp grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1/4 tsp garlic powder
  • Salt to taste
  • Dried parsley to finish

Method
 

  1. Prepare the Fries: Preheat oven or air fryer to 425°F. Toss fries with olive oil, garlic powder, and salt. Spread evenly on a baking tray or air fryer basket.
  2. Cook the Fries: Bake for 25–30 minutes or air fry for 14–18 minutes, flipping halfway, until golden and crispy.
  3. Finish the Fries: While hot, drizzle lightly with truffle oil, sprinkle with Parmesan cheese and dried parsley, and set aside.
  4. Warm the Chicken: Heat cooked chicken briefly in a skillet or microwave until warm.
  5. Assemble the Wrap: In a bowl, toss romaine lettuce with Caesar dressing and black pepper. Lay tortilla flat, add dressed lettuce, sliced chicken, and Parmesan cheese.
  6. Wrap It Up: Fold in the sides and roll tightly into a wrap, then slice in half.
  7. Serve: Plate the wrap halves with the truffle Parmesan fries and serve immediately.
