
Garlic Noodles with Teriyaki Chicken

- Marinate the Chicken: In a bowl, whisk together soy sauce, honey, rice vinegar, sesame oil, brown sugar, garlic, and ginger. Add chicken and marinate for 20–30 minutes.
- Cook the Chicken: Heat a non-stick pan over medium heat. Cook chicken for 5–6 minutes per side until caramelized and cooked through. Pour in remaining marinade and simmer for 1–2 minutes until thick and glossy. Remove and slice.
- Cook the Noodles: Boil noodles according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
- Make the Garlic Sauce: In a large pan, melt butter over medium heat. Add garlic and sauté for 30 seconds until fragrant. Stir in soy sauce, oyster sauce, hoisin sauce, honey, and sesame oil.
- Combine: Add cooked noodles to the sauce and toss until evenly coated. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
- Assemble the Bowls: Divide noodles into bowls and top with sliced teriyaki chicken.
- Finish and Serve: Garnish with Parmesan, green onions, and sesame seeds. Serve warm.
