Ingredients
 
 

For the Banana Split:
  • 1 large ripe banana sliced lengthwise
  • 1 cup vanilla Greek yogurt high protein
  • 2 tbsp natural peanut butter slightly warmed
  • 1/4 cup high-protein granola or oat granola
  • 1 tbsp cacao nibs or dark chocolate chips 85%
  • Pinch of cinnamon optional

Method
 

  1. Prepare the Banana: Slice the banana lengthwise and place both halves flat-side up on a plate.
  2. Add the Yogurt: Spoon vanilla Greek yogurt evenly down the center of the banana to create a thick, creamy base.
  3. Drizzle the Peanut Butter: Lightly warm the peanut butter until pourable, then drizzle over the yogurt.
  4. Add Crunch: Sprinkle granola evenly over the top, followed by cacao nibs or dark chocolate chips.
  5. Finish and Serve: Add a pinch of cinnamon if desired and serve immediately.
