  • 1 large ripe peach halved and pit removed
  • 1 tsp light brown sugar
  • 1/2 tsp ground cinnamon
  • 1/2 tsp vanilla extract optional

For the Vanilla Protein Frozen Yogurt:
  • 1 cup vanilla frozen yogurt high-protein style

Method
 

  1. Preheat the Oven: Preheat oven to 400°F and line a small baking tray with parchment paper.
  2. Season the Peaches: Place peach halves cut-side up on the tray. Sprinkle with brown sugar, cinnamon, salt, and vanilla extract if using.
  3. Bake the Peaches: Bake for 15–20 minutes until soft, caramelized, and slightly bubbling with juices.
